    Thumbs down Excess Charge in the interest in Personal Loan - ICICI bank

    ICICI bank has a worst customer response and they are mainly interested in cheting the customer only and never faced such a worst customer service in my life.
    When i logged a complient in there customer care they said they will revert in a weeks time but its almost more than 15 days and still they dont have time to revert back to the customer.
