    Dear sir,

    my name is mrs. pratiksha sharma,TODAY IS DATE, 30/07/09 a had a
    complaint towards a lady employee of icici bank,and i am very annoyed and
    frustated and mentally harrrassed and threatened by the employees of
    icicibank.com, as , a one year before my husband had taken a personal loan
    of amount 200,000 but in july month due to some reason he paid only 4000
    from the emi of rs.6068, so regardig this an executive from bank visited my
    house in kolkata, and informed me that some full emi is pending and bank
    doesn,t have my contact no, so i given him my personal cell no. after an
    hour of that visit i got call from a lady from icicbank.com regarding the
    payment of emi, on hearing first hand from the lady i informed her that , i
    will pay the remaining amunt with the next month emi, but on hearing that i
    will not pay today, she startd using harsh words, and some indecent words
    also, boli k bank aajao, bank nai to time par paisa diya tha na, jab diya
    nhi jaata hai to liya kyon?
    she called me from the no.913366112150 she talked to very indecently after
    that she handed fone to her senior i requested that senior to provide me her
    employee id and name, but he refused to do so, and when i deliberattely end
    the call, they again adn again called me, and again started using indecent
    languages, they are very impolite anfd misbehaved with me.
    as on the first hand only i requested and politily said them that i will pay
    the remaining emi with the next month emi.

    Hi ,

    You should know your right .
    and also call the lawyer incase if needed they just cannot harras you as per RBI guidlines .I am giving you this sugestion because i have also been to this situation .Also please contact Mr ChandraMouli at 09444484192.

    I AM BEING UNNECESSERY HARASED BY YOUR EXECUTIVES WHO KEEP ON CALLING ME DAY / NIGHT FOR A LOAN WHICH I HAVE NEVER TAKEN (LPDEL00011337525). I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING SMS's REMINDING ME TO PAY THE ABOVE LOAN.

    ICICI BANK HAVE GIVEN LOAN WITHOUT EVEN VARIFYING ITS CUSTOMER's DETAILS. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PHONE NUMBER FOR PAST 15 YEARS THEN HOW CAN ANYONE ELSE USE MY NUMBER.

    YOU ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO KINDLY DELETE MY NUMBER AND MAKE SURE THIS TYPE OF CALLS DONT DISTURB ME AGAIN OTHERWISE I HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION LEFT i.e APPROACHING CONSUMER COURTS

    Dear Unregistered,

    make a complaint in written to icici that you have never taking any kind of loan from bank and asking all documents that they received at time of approval of loan with loan agreement.

    also call customer service to register your compliant and asking for documents but when you call take request no.

    If collection officer misbehave with you then you must complaint with name,number, date and time to

    make all complaint in written send it with registered with a.d & through email and keep all records with you for future ref.

    as a old customer & welwisher of branch i wanna inform you that Mr pawam kumar (Emp ID 191178) branch manager Icicibank ltd Hanumangarh branch 0455 branch id is double cross with i bank. he is working as onroll emploeye in Emerging india infra ltd as cluster head (Emp ID 3992) in hanumangarh cluster. he comes to bank & move again from bank before 11 am & back to bank after 5.30 pm. Atmosphere of branch is not good no one handling & ownership tacking personin branch. some regined & moved some resigned & in notice period . no one tacking responsiblity in branch. customer quit from branch with account. kindly do something as earliest as possible. you can cross chq my information he is doubleworking from last 2 to 3 months.

    Dear ICICI Bank Team,

    Subject: Complaint towards the misbehavior from ICICI Bank employee, Collection Cell.

    Would request you to investigate the below matter.

    My Self Mayuri Chandan, D/o of Ishwaerlal Chandan have been receiving harassment calls for non payment of loan.

    Would like to highlight first thing that I am not having any Bank a/c with your Bank, nor have taken any sort loan from your Bank.

    Earlier also there have been an instance one and half month ago in mid of Feb 2011, wherein I have received a call from a female employee stating that she is working for ICICI bank, identity disclosed and said that she was having some of my official documents, which she needs to send to me on an urgent basis and for sending the same she requested me to provide her my address, after along debate/ argument, she managed to extract details from me. I have also confirmed her that if the documents doesn’t pertain to me or to any of my family members then I shall not accept the same and to which she agreed but till date I have not received any courier from her nor from your bank.

    Then after few hours, again got call from Sunil (Mobile no 9867551757), stating that are you daughter of Ishwerlal Chandan and your dad has taken some loan and defaulted on same and we want to talk to you about the same. When I asked him about the loan details he refused to provide the same and said my senior will call you & after that I haven't received call from his senior.

    Then today on April 18, 2011, around 4 PM again I got call from employee name Sunil (Mobile no 9867551757), who claims that he is working ICICI Bank, Collections department , branch located at MIDC Seepz, Andheri (East). He communicated to me that my dad have defaulted on loan re-payment and he is coming to my office to enquirer about it.

    When I tried getting more details like loan amount, loan account no, the year in which we have applied for it, loan EMI code No, etc, the concerned was not ready to provide the same and said that he wanted to meet me directly and sort the same. It’s surprising that this person was having all my records and even the residence and the office address.

    After that he continuously kept on calling me for the same and I have not attended his calls.

    Then in the evening around, 6.10 P.M I have received a call from Sayed (986755146) stating that he is working as Relationship manager in ICICI bank Seepz branch & started the same story. When I asked him for the details he was not ready to reveal the same and said that he is going to take strict action against us. He is going to mail HDFC HR stating that I have defaulted on the loan and how can you keep such employees in your organization. Also he threatened about the dire consequences. Further he said that he would take legal action against us.

    Would request you to look into this matter and provide us amicable solution for the same, else we shall be reporting the matter to the Banking Ombudsman Forum who shall take suitable actions against your bank and these employees.

    Reply awaited with facts of the case.

    Angry Harrasment by the manager Mr. Jha of State Bank of India, Nehru Place branch Delhi

    Dear Sir,

    We are facing problem in dealing with Mr. Jha , Manager of State bank of India , Nehru Place branch new delhi.

    He is the person who never wants to cooperate with anybody. He tries to pin point problems in our transactions and always tries to delay the process even don't want to do the same. He is the person who is not worth to become a Bank Manager. Request you to kindly take suitable action against him.

    I am valliappan from chennai having account with icici purasaiwalkam when ever we appraoch our branch manager for any request help hewont do it and drag for months he thing that he is favouring us the money is ours he is just looking after the branch and giving us free money he is such a fellwo i dont know why icici is not taking steps to correct him

    Default ICICI bank officials giving a call for loan payment with out having any loan in bank

    Hi Sir,

    This is Ravi. to day I got a call from one of the employee of ICICI Bank and asking me to meet. I polity asked him why do you want to meet me. Then he started saying that "You have taken personal loan from ICICI Bank and not paid till the date". I have explained him that you have called wrong person as I never had any loan account. He was asking to meet me to explain that I have taken loan. and he is refusing to provide any information and on top of that he is asking me to give all the information.

    Further he was claiming that I have closed my bank account and that is the reason he is unable to trace me. I have explained him that i have not closed any bank accounts till the date.

    This is keeping my mind block and I am unable to concentrate on my work.

    Unhappy complaints towarrd the misbeahviour from icicbank employee

    I am Amrendra kumar from Patna having account with icici bank when ever i appraoch boring road branch(sol id 04040), branch demat counter for dematlisation of physical share or any request help shewont do it and drag for months she thing that she is favouring us the money is ours she is just looking after the branch and giving us free money she is such a fellwo i dont know why icici is not taking steps to correct him. Every time she want to sell i-pru insurance policy but i dont want i-pru policy. Eska matlab ye nahi hua ki customer ke saath misbeahviour koi employee kare.

    Sir,
    this is to inform you that my father Mr.Mahananda Das is a personal loan holder of your bank. From last 3 years he has suffering from MND (Motor Neuro Disease) and now he is totally paralyzed and cannot talk. He is under the treatment of NIMHANS and AIMS Hospital of Bangalore. His treatment is so expensive and that's why my parents are running through a big financial crisis. For this reason he could not give his payments from last 3 years(Approx). They also informed it to your bank previously. But today one person called at my husband's cell no. (I don't know how he get it) and threatnd him to clear the said payment otherwise he'll take a legal step against him (my husband) who does not know anything of it. May I know is this your rule that if one person takes a loan from your bank and could not able to return, then you threatend his relatives and tell to pay the amount?? I am really surprise to see the behaviour of such a reputed bank like yours. also inform you that dr. prescribed my father to avoid any kind of stress and strain which will result harmful of you. However, I inform you that my father is not at present able to give such a huge amount because it becomes tough to run his treatment properly because of money. And he is a retired person too. At that condition he is unable to pay full payment right now because his treatment is very costly and he is running under financial crisis.I am married daughter so hope you understand my problem.

    So, you are requested to settle down with him as minimum amount as possible with monthly installment basis. Otherwise he is unable to pay the dues properly.

    Hope you'll understand our problem and help us. And please ask your employee to behave properly with customers and stop to call his relatives for that purpose.

    Angry Harassment of wife by ICICI Bank Satellite branch Ahmedabad's employee JALPA

    Dear Sir,
    I visited ICICI bank to get extra cheque for my car loan approval. When I went there, one of the employees Jalpa from Satellite branch Ahemdabad of ICICI bank told me about the scheme about wife's plan and children's plan. As I was not interested in the scheme, I said, I will let you know if I will think about this. She asked my contact information so I gave my contact number. I also told her to call on Saturday only as rest of the days I don’t keep my cell with me.
    Now she called up again and again on working day to my given number. My wife picked up the call and she said that he want to talk to me. When my wife inquired about reason she replied its confidential thing and she cannot tell the reason to my wife. On the third call on Wednesday (12/0ct/2011) from her my wife argued that she only look after all my financial matter, so Jalpa can share the reason of call with my wife. Then she replied that mam, your husband visited our branch to transfer money to his daughter's account who is studying in pune. When my wife asked about confirmation with my name about the talk she said yes.
    My daughter is just 9 and she lives with us in Ahmedabad. So my wife went to Satellite branch of ICICI bank and asked for the confirmation of the talk with my name then she said Yes. When my wife shows my photo and asked Jalpa, "is this the man who talked about the money transfer to pune for his daughter?" In reply to this she said mam I cannot remember the face of people who I talked to about this plans. HOW CARELESS SHE IS IN HER WORK THAT SHE DONT REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER AND TALKED WITH HER CUSTOMER?
    Another employee of branch said it is not our job to identify the person, its job of Police. How ridiculous they are, first they play with someone's life and then reply with such answers.
    So for satisfaction of my wife I went with my wife to ICICI bank satellite branch, so now to hide her blunder without looking at my face she said "Ye vo sir nahi he"
    When I asked her to give me the number of the person who talked to her about transferring money to his daughter's account in pune. She said “I think there is not entry of the person who talked about money transfer to pune” and refused to do so. Now, when you play with somebody's life and not even helping him to solve the confusion created by you. What kind of people you are? Also how careless she is in her work that she makes such big blunders, causing someone's life hell.
    I strongly suggest this kind of employee should be removed from their job. I am also thinking of going to consumer court for compensation for the mental disturbance caused to me, my wife and my two children.

    Default Coplaint for not gettin proper response and employee giving silly excuses.

    I M a home loan costomer of ICICI bank. I have a home loan on a part property since 2004. When I needed a further loan to develoup the house. the employee of ICICI bank (Priti Sharma) at Annapurna Road Indore told me that now ICICI is not dealing in part property. When I asked her to get reduced my top-up loans interest which was 16.25% & costomer care were allready guided me to go to the branch with Rs. 100/- stamps, She refused and told me that top-up loan interest can not be reduced. There after I went to main branch Indore and I got it reduced from 16.25% To 13.25%.
    Now I want to get my HL shifted to other bank and I have applied for the list of documents to ICICI bank, I got the instruction that I will get it after 7 working days.
    When I went to Annapurna road branch after 10 days & took an apointment slip and met to ms Priti, She told me that she is getting problem in enternet since two days pls come after two days. When I went aprox after 10 days then again she gave me another excuse that the printer is out of order. As I M living very far from these branches and I M not getting proper responce. Where I M allready flustrad and getting a lot of loss of my property which I can develoap after my loan shifting. I have newer got late to repay the intallments since start.

    Default Harassment from ICICI Bank employees to my family

    Hello all,

    I want to file a complaint against ICICI Bank. I hold a credit card from ICICI bank and i have some 32,000 odd balance to be paid to ICICI for the card. I had paid 24,296.00 Rs towards my card charges last year to ICICI Bank in the month of August. But since past few months bank people are calling me from different numbers and were harassing me for the payment. They are giving threatning over phone and using foul languages. I have repetedly conveyed them that in all my good intentions I want to pay the amount but it may take some time and I am ok with the interest charged for the same. Today they made threatning calls to my brother who is in a differnt city and my sister-in-law and abused them. One person named Rakesh Sahu called from a mobile number 09036143851 and abused my family like we have killed someone and he is our lord. Please take this as my complaint and so the needful. I am not sharing my card details or numbers here for my privacy but you can reach me on subham.mishra1@gmail.com.

    Please let me know if filling a complaint is an option and if it is so then how to go ahead with it.
