I have availed a PL with Bajaj on 23.01.2009 and the same was closed on 17.04.2010. I have received NOC and security cheques back. To my surprice, from last couple of months i started getting calls from bajaj asking to pay the EMI. I have wrote several mails to them attaching my closure proof but, no one responded. Every time a new person calls me and asks for EMI and threatens to send me a legal notice. People from Bajaj are harrasing me. I dont know what to do. Could any one please suggest how and what action i can take against bajaj.
