Today I have visited ICICI Bank Kakurgachi Branch ,But they told me bcz of their
"month end loan process system not available at all the branches"
Then why should a customer PAY FOR A SYSTEM ERROR. When i ask Opertion manager , (Name: Nidhi), she told that i can give her a letter which she would sign. which she give it to me.Then I request Branch Manager(Mr. Nandy), who also refused to accept payment. According to him, he cant take the risk of a cheque. Then who is the responsible person...???
