This is with reference to my personal loan A/C-LPDEL00006752071,from last 4 months my ECS is getting bounced and the reasong for the same is Technical reason,while i have paid two instalments manually but from last they started charging interest & bounces charges.My point is that issue is from bank side and i am suffering due to this.
They are harrassing me by daily giving calls which affecting my personal & professionl life
I want they remove the interest charges & bounce charges as fault is from their side.

Today I have visited ICICI Bank Kakurgachi Branch ,But they told me bcz of their
"month end loan process system not available at all the branches"
Then why should a customer PAY FOR A SYSTEM ERROR. When i ask Opertion manager , (Name: Nidhi), she told that i can give her a letter which she would sign. which she give it to me.Then I request Branch Manager(Mr. Nandy), who also refused to accept payment. According to him, he cant take the risk of a cheque. Then who is the responsible person...???
