My name has came under Defaulter's list, I made payment on time and also now have the Noc from the Axis bank, but bank didn't close the loan account Loan account number is 245010601417836 because of that now my name is showing under defaulter list.
Need the solution as now I am not able to get any credit card or loan. As it's not my fault and because of bank why should i suffer.

I've contacted my lender that I seemed to have no other choice but let the piece of lot we purchased go to foreclosure. This is for the reason that we have reduced incme as a family. We didn't have any other choice but to cost cut and stick to basics. I haven't paid the monthly amortization since February. The lender kept calling even after I have expressed my disinterest in the property and the desire to have it foreclosed. They were sending letters with the latest threatening us with a legal process. On may 5, my husband called them and told them that they can have our lot foreclosed regardless of its impact on our credit. They told us him we should pay them thousands of dollars because of this. We just want foreclosure or we won't meet our basic needs. My husband had just started with new job and still in danger of being the next one to get laid off. I am currently depending on a disability benefit following a major surgery.
