    Default Standerd Chartered personal loan

    EMI issue
    Dear all,
Can anyone tell me how to deal with this?
I had taken standard chartered personal loan. Bank had, whiel giving loan, waved (reduced) one EMI. Instaed of 32, I had to pay only 31 EMIs ( every month I pay 8K as EMI).
I have successfully about to complete the loan with 31 EMIs. But, due to some stupid transaction by me one of the EMI went default long bank. To my dissappointment, now I came to know from one of the StanChart customer care executive that my total number of EMIs are not 31 but 32. Thats because one of the EMI went default. As far as my knowledge bank has to apply fine for cheque bounce, not to take one extra EMI. Can someone please tell me how to deal with this?

    Thanking you in advance,
    Nagaraj Mali

    Post Waiting on loan response

To whom it may concern, I submitted an application online 1 week ago and it stated once i submitted it someone would be contacting me either per e-mail or phone for further information,I have not gotten either yet.Could someone please look into this and let me know something,I would truly appreciate it.Also there is a scammer out there using your bank name ,I received an e-mail and phone call from a Mr.Remi Jones stating he was the director of Standard Chartered Bank and asked if i was interested in a loan,he stated that i would have too Western Union $85 for a processing fee to a address in Nigeria and send it attention to Ihonrel Daniel,he also gave me some Barristers name who supposedly e-mailed me a fake documentation for this loan.He promised once i sent this payment that the funds would be transferred into my account, well they were not, instead he e-mailed me back and also called that i would have to send another $150 per the banks orders before the loan could go through, needless too say i realized then i was scammed and told him he would not get anymore money from me and that i was turning him in along with the other names and filing legal action, just wanted to let you know about this scam, and please check into this matter why no one has contacted me about the loan form i submitted.Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    Rosalie Caughlin
