I have taken a loan from future money in july 2008 for 50,000 , the loan amount ( 48,700) was disbursed to my ICICI salary account through Yes bank check on July 7th 2008.

I started paying my EMI , 4538 from august 2008 and paid till july 2009.

i cleared all the 12 monthly EMI without missing out on any of the EMI, however when i applied for loan now in 2011 , the cibil report shows my loan with FUTURE money is still not closed and this is negatively effecting my credit report.

They failed to close the loan and because of that i have to suffer.

I want an action to be taken on FUTURE money for such an irresponsible act.
