wrong report projected by bajajfinserv in my cibil i was offered a personal loan from bajaj finserv aganist my prompt payment towards auto loan(auto loan No. L2WHYD00107891. i was sanctioned an amount of rs. 35,000/- as personal (no. 4000PL00059674). till date i have paid the EMI of both the loans without any default. i applied a personal loan in my bank which offers salary deducation from my pay. but to my surprise, the bank denied me loan because my cibil report showed a default for this payment (the lauto and personal loan from babaj). the auto loan showed 24,140/- balance (the actual balance is 17,400/-) and the personal loan showed a balance of 40,436/- which is more than the amount sanctioned to me. i have paid the emi's promptly without any default. the bank people tell me that i have defaulted the payment so i cant get the loan till i clear the outstanding balance. i have been put to mental agony and having been running from pillar to post to get it cleared. can i sue bajajfinserv for wrongly projected my credentials on cibil. if so, how shall i proceed.

Despite no dues pending on CD loans. Dear Sir,
No reply from bajaj finance for the last 10 days. I have called up phone no 30922342, 30922300 / 347, pune office no.02041414600 no body answers the calls. When called up on tollfree nos my loan a/c no is rejected & disconnects the call.
Pls help me to get intouch with the Grievance Redressal Team.
Despite sending emails to wecare I have got no reply/email for last 10 days, also I am unable to talk/call ur toll free or any other nos.

I have availed of CDloan in 10/05/2008 to 10/04/2009 for 3 accounts 405130195, 405130196, 405130197. Despite paying by PDC chq's in advance my a/c shows some o/s in each loan accounts. My cust Id no: 327294
I had given u pdc cheques, how can u charge me for late deposition of chq's from ur end or maybe technical problem at ur end.
1). Pls revert back the charges in all 3 a/c's.
2). delete my request in pre offered loan for Personal Loan Rs. 43,000. I have already bought that product.
3). Issue me NOC for the same.
I have never got email or phone from any representative of the bank demanding any adjustment for the said loans.
I do not know then how can u write it off in my CIBIL report.
