Ref: call for arbitarory resolution from Moinuddin Ahmed

Sir,


As in the legal capacity of being the Official mandate Holder of the above.,
I draw your attention to the following :

Facts of the matter:
Our client Mr.Moinuddin Ahmed had availed and also settled a loan from HDFC.
There were dispcrepencies in interest rates put forth by the client.
The matter was sent to you by writ on 17.02.2011 with a call for a resolution of
amicable understanding.

Need for Action:
In an event of call for an amicable arbitratory resolution to the dispute ., we have
recieved a vague reply followed by a threatening notice from a lawyer in chennai
wheras the matter is subject to bangalore jurisdiction.
The legal notice is confirmed to be a manipulated notice created by a recovery agent
named Sudhir and holds no standing.
In addition on 5th of May 2011 Mr.Moinuddin recieves threatening calls with ultimatum for
his life from one Mr.Ramesh from : 080 42643909. This person speaks in the most abbusive
language and goes to the extent of passing communal remarks stating muslim customers
of HDFC are bastards and are all culprits ., shot upside down and sent to Pakistan.
In a secular nation with secular banking principles in place: there is no scope
to run down a person on such basis of religion.
The whole conversation was recorded and can be digitally verified and can be produced
as substantiating evidence of facts.
The person Ramesh seems to be a recovery boy with such fanatic thought which HDFC
needs to repremend and dismiss such characters who marr the very face of secular
banking.
On the clients point and side : the complaint of recorded abuses hurled by Ramesh has been
noted at TRAI, A copy to Sp, Bangalore to safegaurd and securtise interests of the muslim
minority in such a misbehavior of staff or an irresponsible employee of HDFC as a precautionary
measure has been taken.

Prayer:
It is humbly prayed to the good offices of HDFC to act upon and dismiss such criminals who
are a disgrace to the good offices of HDFC . Such religious fanatics are a disgrace to banking
and such recorded abuses can marr the deposits and transactions of the Muslim community
at large.
It is thus called to: the code compliance and nodal officers of HDFC to act upon to stop such
inhuman ,insensitive activities against the muslim client of HDFC.
Also it is called upon the good offices of HDFC to comeforth for an arbitratory resolution
pertaining to the loan matter of Moinuddin Ahmed in an amicable manner as under banking law
as it permits to be by the law of the land and records of revenues.

An early action in the right and positive direction is appreciated.
Provocation of all such henios levels be immediately stopped to facilitate a smooth arbitration.
