Sir,

As in the official capacity of LOM and official mandate holder of
Mr. Nirmal Sinha, I DR.B.N.Soans, hereby address the greviance of the client as follows:

1. Mr. Nirmal Sinha accepts that he had a INDIABULLS account.
2. There was a due of Rs.12,000 on his account.
The amount was due as Mr. Nirmal Sinha had paid suffieciently which
went towards high interest rates contrary to RBI interest regulations.
3. Need of action arose when there began unsolicited calls from INDIABULLS
DCA -RA demanding immediate payment of Rs.43,000 from Mr.Nirmal Sinha.

Ist and foremost the claims whatsoever had to be made and disputes
regarding payments should have been raised within a stipulated legal
time frame of 3 years.Wheras there was no followup even if my client,
Mr.Nirmal Sinha had requested several times to come forth for an arbitratory
resolution.
As a matter of kind gesture it is called upon the legal department of INDIABULLS
to address the matter and also send an existing statement ,explaining
the liabilites whatsoever with due validity to substantiate the same.

In recent days there has been alot of harrassment by the recovery agents
to Mr Nirmal Sinha.
One stating that he is a recovery agent is harrassing old par ents
of Mr.Nirmal Sinha.
In view of this negetive development it is called upon the offices of INDIABULLS
to immediatey initiate action in the positive direction to stop harrassment
to Mr.Nir and come forthmal Sinha for an arbitratory resolution.

It is called upon INDIABULLS to immediately stop harrassment and unsolicited calls from therecovery
agents and investigate the matter and get back to us for further persual of the matter in a professionalised
and logical - valid manner wherin the matter can be resolved at the earliest and oblige.
