Sir,

As the officail LOM holder and authorised presiding officer I B.N.Soans wish to address the greviance complaint of Mr.Naresh Jhawar as follows:
1.Mr.Naresh J., had availed a loan of Rs.10,000 .
2. Mr.Naresh has paid all dues time to time

Greviance: Inspite of settling entire amount in time., Barclays has imposed high interest rate and also late payment fee and after charges which is a created data.
Also the DCA of Barclays have collected several payments by cash however against reciept.

Prayer: It is prayed to the Nodal officer of Barclays to address the matter and close the file instead of continued harrassment of DCA and RECOVERY AGENTS.
