I have a personal loan from hdfc bank(loan ac no.15279000, amt.150000rs),it was pre-aprroved loan from hdfc bank, I was paying it regularly later unfortunatlely I had to face some financial problems as well I lost the job. so I couldnt able to pay the emi's of my personal loan. so nearly for the five months I did not pay my emis's. later one executive name "pradeep" called me and said you pay at least minimum emi once your financial condition improves you pay the full emi. I agreed and started paying minimum emi.
After paying minimum emi for about four months I recived court summon from hdfc bank. I called the person "ranjeet dash" his name was on the court summon, he asked me to come to byculla office , I told him I am paying minimum amount, he said come and meet me we will discuss, I agreed.
Meanwhile I started receving abusive calls from recovery agents of hdfc bank, I told them I have received a summon from court I am going to meet mr.ranjeet dash, he replied I dont know anything about summon pay the emi. His name he said is " Ramprasad Chaturvedi",( mob no.9892036431, 022-61202434/31) he was constantly useing foul language, " agar ek baap ki aulad hai toh bank mein aa ke dikha, tere buddhe baap ko tamiz nahin hain, tu bank mein nahin aa sakta toh biwi ko bhej" this kind of language he was using, he abused my father ,my mother as well my wife.
On the top of that he called our neighbour mr.chabbria and started harrasing him with same foul language. he was asking them to call me and pay the amount. he was harrasing him since morning to afternoon, along with him girl executive name " Vibha Parab" also harrasing mr chabbria and his wife. I was surprised because I myself dosent know mr.chabbria'a landline no. nor he was my guarrentor.
so I went to kanjurmarg branch where I met Promod Pathak ,I asked him where is Ramprasad Chaturvedi he said he dosent sit here he is at andheri (he did not gave any address), I complianed about him but he was not at all interesed in my complaint, nor he called anybody regarding that, he said I need to verify them I will see.
It was a painful experince of my life as they spoilt my name in my own neighbourhood also it was painful experince for my family. I want strict action to be taken against these people or else I will go legal against HDFC BANK ,no bank has right to harrased customer and his neighbours , I am surprised to see these goonda recovery agent has no fear at all.

I wanted to lodge a FIR against this Agency,from where these few people are calling and using abusive and faul language to my family and in office from No.61202434/61202438 and Mobile No.9892036431,these people pose there name as Ramprashad or Patil or vibha.They pose themselves as they want to kill if they r not getting money even Patil has demanded money separately as his commission to close my OD case,which previously he confirmed to settle in 40 thousand against principle amt. of 55k.i was jobless and even not having good salary repay so i told him to take 40 thousand in 8 installment but he has demanded his commission for that as not paid sufficient money.Now from last few days anybody calls anytime and start harassing me and my family.even they threatened to kill us.pls help..

pls suggest us to take further step aganst these Agency Cheap guys..
