70 k loan from icici bank for 48 instalment but paid only 29. suggest me

Personal loan settlement
I have Personal Loan Rs.53410 in fullertonindia . I have Paid 41 EMI out 48 EMI, i have paid Rs. 88000.

but bank ask me for closer amount is Rs. 39000

I am old customer with saving acc. no 629401130367, and current ac. 629405040993 .
i also taken two personal loan for 4 years of 2.0 lacs & 2.5 lacs, first one is already repaid while second one is getting repaid in next month.
earlier i also had a credit card of ur bank and made settelment 3-4 years ago

Being such a old and loyal customer, you putted my name is in cibil defaulter list,

i am unable to understand on what basis u did this, on account of delay in some months EMI ,but paid on the same month and bank also charged me extra interest for that, then where i m defaulter???

or for the credit card settelment made due to false billings, so you people take your money also and declare the customer as defaulter too,

I request you to please withdraw my name from cibil .
