also in one case observation : a private banks recovery agents have sent a legal court document replica to a loan client so as to illegally threaten him to come for a onetime settlement .
The client has been prompt in his installments and has no dues.

I have a credit card which was given to me by HDFC bank 3 years back. My limit was 10000 rupees. I did a shopping of 8000 ruppes at that time. I used to pay a minimum amount which have already equaled the amount spent by me. Now they are saying that i have a dew of 31000 rupees. They have even put my salary on hold. My salary account has no link to the credit card account.

Kindly help
