Sir,



In short I have taken a Personal Loan of Rs.1 Lac from CBOP but after
several months it was settled as per the letter dated 27.02.2008 & the
amount of Rs.70000/- was paid as per the letter in two installments of
Rs.20000/- & Rs.50000/-. The second payment was a little late but the
executive said that even if it is late you give the payment & it will be
accounted.



Now after One year + they are asking for the outstanding amount & also they
have blocked my HDFC Bank account & debited Rs.4400/- from it.



Pls help me in getting NOC..
