    Exclamation complaint of high interest-harrassment at kollegala - hdfc vs pradeep- dr.b.n.soans

    Sirs,
    Please note Mr. Pradeep is a PL: client of HDFC Bank Ltd.
    Mr.B.N.Soans is the official mandate holder authorised and entitled
    to address greviance of Mr. Pradeep

    It has to be noted that there are very high interest imposed and collected
    by HDFC Bank Ltd, in contrary to the interest regulations laid down by RBI.

    The client herin Mr. Pradeep was a regular payer of the loan.
    Inspite of paying alot of amounts it is observed by the client that the
    principle capital borrowed was not reducing.
    After getting to understand why this is happenning and the client working
    to further investigate into the matter the client has come to understand
    the high 24% flat interest rates.
    On presenting the Creditcard the bank executives dont be transparent enough
    about the product as no client would take a loan with such high interests
    as it is logic that the loan becomes unpayable at some point of time.
    The bank has to note here: unreasonable and high interest rate leived by them
    on their clients , it is sure that the client at some point of time or the other
    realises the same and when they feel that their unable to pay up such
    high rates , the loan remains unattended.
    This is the principle reason where the client herin becomes a circumstantial
    defaulter.
    In addition there has been constant harrassment by HDFC agent to the
    old parents of Mr.Pradeep. This is illegal and needs to stop.

    PRAYER:
    It is hereby called upon your good offices at HDFC Bank to relook into the matter
    and address the greviance of Mr. Pradeep and come to an amicable
    resolution.

    Dear Deepak tyagi,
    thanku for your valuable comment.
    however banking laws and finance doesnt work on onetimesettlemet as OTS is deemed illegal now by RBI.

    Also OTS doesnt clear a clients name from CIBIL.
    So how does it help the client by clearing 50% ..awaiting your reply
