My Name is Sajid chaudhari, And i have been receiving threatening, extremely abusive and harassing calls from HDFC bank recovery agent for a personal loan taken by someone else, I have also lodged a police complaint for the person name Rehan Khan, claiming to be HDFC bank General Manager from Kanjurmarg, Mumbai.
The case goes this way, Sadique chaudhary used to stay at my current address and has moved to another location.Though I have provided the current address and contact details to the agency and they were even able to communicate to the borrower at the new location. This person named Rehan says that he will still come to my address and still continues to call me on my cell phone and threatens break-open my door forcefully to kidnap my mother and sister. I have to face this kind of menace and mental harassment, though i am no way connected to the concerned defaulted loan. Even after informing Rehan that i have complaint against him to police station and consumer court , he says that no one cant do anything about him.
I am extremely distressed and mentally harassed and would definitely take legal action for the mental torture if no action is taken.
