Sir,

The above mentioned loan was availed by my client Mr.Yogesh Dave .
The client herin Yogesh Dave has paid his dues from time to time.
Inspite of paying substaintial sums towards interest-principle therof
the loan still remains standing high due to illogical and high interest rates wherin
the bank also cleraly knows that no client or borrower can ever pay.

Also the client herin yogesh dave states that there have been discprepancy in loan dispersal
which was later understood by him on understanding the repayment which was too late an action.However better late than never it is pleaded that the bank logically understands the dispute and comes to an amicable settlement in view to the above loan resulting in settlement and closure of the same.
