Please note my client Mr.Yogesh DAVE had availed a personal Loan at your bank.
The client Mr.Yogesh Dave has paid considered amount of sums as towards princpiple and interests as told to him at the time of availing the loan.The dsa who also happens to be the bank representative had promised reasonable interest rates leived on loans.
However that not being the case client is paying interest as high as 26% flat which is 52% deminishing.

Prayer: due to such high interest unreasonably leived the client herin also the creditor to ICICI is not in any position to cope up with such undue interest rates. Thus it is called upon your good offices to resolve the matter of principle and interest therof being logical and reasonable to Mr.Yogesh DAVE.
