I am harjinder singh a resident of budhlada town in distt mansa ,punjab. I had taken personal loan from cooperative bank bareh in year 2006 . The term of loan was five year .i am regularly paying my instalments in the bank but the bank is not clarifying me the rate of interest moreover bank has send me a legal notice regarding my pending loan .please help me as bank authorities are not ready to listen anything
