Sub: - Threaten of arrest warrant and other action by GE Money for Personal Loan repayment by their representative.

Dear Sir,

I was a customer of GE Money I have taken a Two wheeler loan and after competition of said loan, GE Money offered me a personal loan with loan account number RRAN00004074 on dated 07-Nov-2007 for an amount of 37,800 INR (Thirty seven thousand eight Hundreds Rupees) with a higher interest rate of 28.68% flat which is more than 3 times compare to any our national and private Indian banks, but I agreed for this loan because of business growth for a 100% commitment of GE Money for enhancement of loan double by 76,500 within 6 months of regular payment.

And I agreed for a loan with such a higher interest of 28.68% and started acting in my business based in the commitment offered by GE Money and kept a hope for getting a enhancement amount within six months by GE money for further implementations in my business, based in the commitment offered by GE Money. But I was shocked after regular payment of 6 months, when I visited the GE Money office they offered only 7000 INR (Seven thousand Rupees) instead of 76,500.

I was too disappointed, because what I have planned and implemented in my business were vanished, because of false commitment of GE Money after offering a loan with higher interest rate of 28.68%. Even though I manage to pay the regular EMI up to 12 months while suffering with their false commitment.

And after completion of 12 months GE Money office has been disappeared from our district without any notice and I too try to contact their representative but I could not. Because no representative ware reachable. And after completion of all most 2 years of loan today 20-Jan-2011, I have received a call from Delhi that if I can’t pay the amount before 02:30 PM today, they will take a legal action against of me and a arrest warrant will be issued on my name.

Dear Sir this is also inform you that, recently I got married and I don’t have possibilities to pay back the outstanding amount at a time. Even though they made a big false commitment and threatening a legal action against me.

Requesting herewith the Honorable court and Member of Court to resolve this issue with a great justice to me.
