Unnecessary Reminders
• From 27 of month SMS start and it goes till 2nd of month. EVERYDAY an SMS "Your EMI will be deducted on 3rd ,ensure adequate balance"
• From 29th call on landline and mobile starts
• The person will call and say "Your EMI will be deducted on 3rd ,ensure adequate balance"
• These calls are also on odd timings, 7 - 9 in morning, Sundays, Holidays
• The call will be from both Mumbai and Dehli Head Offices (some time on samy day)

Wrong customer care Id by bank on internet
The customer care e mail id given on internet didnt work. It wrong id

• Even after several calls at Kandiwali (W) branch, emails to Corporate office & Grievances addressal cell, Nobody bothers.

Yes. Barclays finance has the most horrible customer service dept. I called them up for a help and everyone I spoke to were completely useless. They couldn’t help me worst thing is the supervisors were rude to me. I was treated badly and I will never use Barclays again for any purpose.
My Issue: I had taken a personal loan back in 2008 and so far there have been no check bounces as I am paying my EMIs without fail. I lost my welcome kit and need my loan account number to check and see if I can pre close my loan.
My complaint: Associates and supervisors couldn’t pull up my records even though I provided them all the info they needed. They were extremely rude and useless. They did not provide me any alternatives.
My question: How can keep sending me SMS reminders on my phone and still they couldn’t find me in their records using my phone number, PAN number, DOB and last name?
I have told them clearly that I would not be paying them anymore EMIs unless I get any response from in 24 hours.

You should know your right ,Collection Agents are not supposed to Harass or annoy the defaulters however chronic the default be.

My brother has taken loan from for his business and now due to loss in business he is not able to Return loan the amount. Recovery agents are coming to my house any time from morning 7:00am to 10pm.
Even they are give us a call any time for payment recovery They Emotionally playing with Our parents when we are not at home. Our parents are senior citizens. We always told them we will arrange the money and will will informed you but even after soft-spoken they are continually calling us and coming to our home even on Festival days early in the morning. Now it’s a height ..The person who came to my house called up and given me his phone to talk to his senior Manager. His Manager Mr Deepak from Mulund(Mumbai)Branch using abusive language while talking to us on phone.
Let me know what can I do and with whom I can talk to avoid this Harassment.
