Worst credit bank ever experienced!.... MC BC !.. Seal the offices bloody beggars!...

I have taken a personal loan by the Fullerton India Rs. 70000/- (my personol loan account number - 010025000009700) dated 29th June 2008. Installment amount Rs 2761 for 36 tenures.
I regularly paid the installments except two ECS were bounced. I paid cash both the ECS with the penualty charges.
My last ECS completed on 05.07.2011. and I demad him NOC. But the persons of Fullerton India in pimpri branch told me to pay the penaulty amount of Rs 950/-.

Height is Fullerton India withdrawed the same amount thru my saving account and without intimate me. I asked him why they withdrawed the amount without intimated to me even I have no any due amount, I got the answer that the yesterday Fullerton has changed their rules and they can withdraw amount thru bank whose Instalments are finished and the due amount is balance.

Because of Fullerton's policy of withdrwal, my another 2 installement bounced due to cut to cut balance in my account for the another Installments, and bank debited me bounced charges Rs 221/- in my Bank and Rs 800/- penaulty in Finanace.

Persons in fullerton India are completely irresponsibles. I demand the Fullerton India refund my amount with my loss in bank and other finance penaulty charges.

This is Sunny Dhillon I have All Subbmited All Required Doc For Personal Loan .And Also The Verification Was Done But Till Now I am Not Geting Any Response Will Iam Geting Loan Or Not and your executive says you will received the cheque on friday 2 sep 2k11 but no came till now and now he is not pick my phone plz reply me immediately what happening about my loan.

Its not only particularly with you it has happen with everyone.
This Fullerton bank is itself a very big defaulter for other banks.

There is only one way to stop them is take Personal loans, rather than Car & Home Loans and wait for the settlement date to come..

This bank is a very big cheater and always love to do it. I took a loan from that Bank and while justifying they told me the EMi would be at the rate of 14%.
But after the passing of loan it was of 17% ROi.

Guys only way is to boycott this bank is to lodge a complaint against there Recovery team in Police and tell the truth.

The only to stop this is take unlimited loans from this bank and dont pay it..
They would automatically come in there way.
If any one 1 like the post please join hands to completely white wash this threats.
