EMI Twice collected - 2n time Ref : My Loan A/c No is XSEGPNV00000348725
– this is second time you had Debited my EMI from my SB account as well collected cash too.. Rs. 2488/- while calling to customer Care, they said amt will be adjusted next time. But I’d made arrangement for other urgent obligation in my SB a/c. & they will charge me fine for chq bounced.
Plz pay urgent attention to this matter & arrange my refund Urgently.
