I have taken personal loan of around RS.3,45.000 from Axis bank in 2007,August,loan a/c no is 245010601485749,and i have paid Emi's continuosly for two and half years,but as i am jobless since april 2010,i couldn't pay 2 emi's i.e april and may,after that i paid my last four Emi's i.e june,july,aug and sep.but this month i couldn't pay the Emi,so i asked for 1 month time to settle all my pending Emi's but the recovery agent is very harsh,he is coming to our house and he is talking rudely 'misbehaving and threatening us,so we went to Axis bank to talk about this matter but the axis bank manager didn't respond and told us that the bank people won't talk to us and we have to talk to recovery agents only.but the recovery agents are threatening us to pay immed.what should we do now.
we are very unhappy with the Axis bank for the way they are treating the customer.
