On offer of 6 to 8 month period without Bajaj finance had pre-approved me loan in month of March 2010

Bajaj had offered if I return the loan amount within a 6 to 8 month period then total EMI amount bajaj will deduct from principle amount & without interest I will have to pay the remaining amount. Bajaj finance had assured me this offer calculating my previous record.

Now when I had called customer care of bajaj finance for forecloser of laon,they telling me that some diffrent amount.

I had written so many mail but I have not got any reply from bajaj.

Please so me path how to resolve these my problem,I want go to consumer forum against bajaj finance.
