I have taken Personal loan from HDFC bank for rs 2 lakhs for 36 month in 2010.And i make regular payment to them. I make the payment on every 31st or 30th ofmonth my actual date is 4th of every month. But now somehow in between I am notable to pay 3 EMI to bank. First EMI got pending to me on 2010 due to somefamily reason. Then later 2 EMI got pending on this year august 2011 & nowthis December 2011. So total i have 3 outstanding this 2 EMI has happen due tomy job switching. But now after this i am ready to pay regular payment everymonth but on same date of 31st or 30th of every month. But bank say i have topay it before 31st of this month or they will file a complaint against me innext month as on 4th Jan when my next payment will come it will show 4 EMIdishonor but as i said i am ready to pay the same EMI at end of month that ison 31st Jan. but bank is not ready they say will put your account in NPA andfile case against me In 138 act & arbitration. So I please request someoneto suggest me what to do. Even last month in November i don’t want to make paymentand this month in December I want to do it but the recovery agency telephoneexecutive told me sir please arrange for this month arrange cash from somewhere in next month will give you discount not topay.
