I received a call from ICICI bank and they told me that I am eligible for the loan of Rs. 2lakh, because I am having a saving account with the ICICI bank so I agree to take a personal loan of rs 1 lakh. But I got shocked when I received the cheque, they were issued me cheque of only rs.94, 303/- , when I aske the customer care people they told me that they deducted the amount as insurance charges and the service charges but I told them I don’t have any idea about this even I didn’t opt such service. In this regard I sent a written application to ICICI bank and sub that kindly refund the amount deducted from my personal loan. Because at the time of taking loan you didn’t told me anything about such charges.
