Unhappy Future Money Personal Loans Harassments

    Hi!
I have failed to pay my last couple of EMIs due to Family and Home reasons. Now their representative Seema, mentioning herself as the banks legal advisor calls me and insists to pay of the pending amount within 23/09/09. Where in the bank has formally has not sent me any notice etc., she has called all the various seniors of me and created a shameful situation for me. This being an increment period in my company, can affect my carrier, also could lead to loss of my job. I am the only bread winner for family. My father is a heart & B P patient. My Mother has been only an housewife till date. Please help me in this matter at the earliest. I Have the SMSs sent from here warning of the consequences and bring the COPs to my office. Is it possible these brats can take their help without a proper procedure. The representative's contact nos are: 08042425315 / 9886609797

    Default Axis bank Harrasment

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Personal Loan No. pp0090100020903 from axis Bank, Bangalore.
with reference to the above Personal Loan no this is to bring your kind notice that the undersigned have been paying the due EMI regularly since last 2 years. But due some serious financial constrain I could not pay the 4 EMI's.

I have agreed to pay 2 EMI's on 23rd september 2008 at 4 pm to one of the axis bank recovery
agent prasanth ( Mobile number : 9739094525). But i couldn't pick his phone call at 4 pm due to
busy schedule on the same day. As a result of this prsanth immediately called to my friends ,
collegues , relatives and office ....( Around 8 numbers ).

As i commited with him , i have payed him 2 EMI's on the same day at 7 pm 23rd sep 200p.
Because of this three hours delay he called to 8 numbers of my friends, relatives, colleagues
and all ....... because of this i lost my respect and facing some problems.

Note : Prasanth got all of this numbers from airtel unofficially using my contact number.
Because am 100 % sure that there is no chance of getting this numbers from any other source
    other than airtel.

Please help me how to proceed on this.

    Thanks,
    Ramu.

Unhappy Personal Loan from ABN AMRO Bank

I took a PL of 1.5 Lacs in 2003 and invested it in business. However I incurred heavy losses and had to close it.
I was not in a position to pay back EMI's. ABN Amro collection agents then started calling and harrassing me till late night (9pm).
I met one of the officials of ABN AMRO and opted for amicable solution of EMI of 5000/- to repay the loan as my intention was clear.
To my surprise the bank officer insisted on taking cash/cheque of not less than 25,000/- per month.
I explained them my situation and he agrred to take cheque of 5K and I started repaying my loan even after I had no money.
After few months, the collecting officer started visiting my house frequently asking for lumpsum amount to close the loan asap.
He even asked me pay him some cash so that he can get the settlement done.

I paid him 15K and he agreed the full and final letter of settlement will reach my house in 7 days.
he switched off his cellphone and called me after 2months stating that he had left the job with ABN AMRO Bank.

NOW, after so many years, I yesterday got call from ABN AMRO executive that PL amount of 2.25L is outstanding on me.

    PLEASE HELP...........An aggrieved citizen
