Visit the HSBC website n try to track the name and address of the
agency on the basis of their phone number.Then,with your complain
and all the facts, mark a mail to the head of the nodal officers id with the agency in cc(u will
find their id in the list of agencies provided on HSBC Site under
fair banking practises).This should take care of your problem.

I mr k k ojha is having a personal loan from HSBC LIMITED. my loan a/c no is 140148669542. I already pay my primium R/s 1869 through your agent on 20/08/09 and same is withdrawl from my bank by cheque. one amount is excess. this my last primium. so I request to yours pls sent this amount to my a/c no 0112000100419287 , pnb delhi cantt-10. many times I try to talk in customer care center but nobody could attend my call.

I have taken personal from HDFC bank for a period of 5 years emi payment. I have paid one year emi properly without any delay. Is it possible to postponed the loan emi payment for a period of one year..?
