Dear Sir,

If a person takes a personal loan form a bank, is it necessary for him to take the insurance given by the bank at time of loan. If he doest opt for the insurance still insurance is insuued to him by signing the insurance paper by the bank authority only. Is it legal that the Bank authority can signe the documents on the customer behalf without his concerns.

Pls guide me about this.

Respected Sir/Madam,I have my loan running on from City Finicial bank from last
year. On the loan processing time I have gave them 18 checks for my installment they
said we will ask you balanced check after 18 check completion. So once my 18 check
are complted the ask me for checks and I have ask them that pls I dont have time so
your any recovery agent can get check from me. But they delay I dont know why. Then
they ask me to pay cash payment for missing installment that was 19th and I pay and
gave them 17 balanced installment check also. After a month they said you check has
not been submited to your bank so kindly pay the installment again in cash. I said
pls provide me that month check and I will pay the cash amount. They frustrate me
many time by calling me at office. And I almost get my job lost but some how I
manage. After that month they submit a check and get the 21th installment. Now they
call me back again and again and ask me to pay cash installment again. I have enough
now. I have told them many time that my payment will gone thru my bank but they dont
listen. Please let me know what is solutions of this. I cant leave my job but they
force me to get down at my office time by calling again and again. Pls let me know.
DO I need to submit a case against them ? Pls let me know suitable
