Recently i get PL from HDFC bank. and I paid 2 EMI and now i want to preclose my PL. Then only i will be eligible to get home loan amount what i expect.

So, plse advice me what i do.

I have taken a personnel loan from HDFC bank in Feb 2011, I have been paying the EMI till now(Sep 2012), I have called the HDFC load dept and requesting for the loan pre closure, Since I don't have eligibility to go for a home loan amount beyond certain limit due to the existing personnel loan. Now I need to know is the pre closure charges are applicable for the personnel loan closure, the reason why I am asking is as per the RBI guidelines there shoudn't be any pre closing charges for loans by any of the banks. I have a personnel loan (No: 18152182) from Indranagar Branch - Bangalore

Hi

I have taken a personal loan during June 2012 and paid 6 EMI's timely without fail. Now i have applied for Home loans amounting 18 lakhs. I was advised that i need to foreclose the personal loan and then only i will be eligible for the home loan. But when i called to the bank they informed me that i can only foreclose after 12 month which is recent rule implemented in the HDFC bank,but initially during loan approval and disbursement HDFC not discussed/informed.Also i had already discussed all these things to the Branch manager HDFC bank Paharganj branch New delhi,he has also refused for cooperation.Also i am a regular customer of HDFC bank since last 5 years and containing 2 saving accounts 1 credit card account 2 loan account. Incas HDFC will not agreed i am thinking to close all my accounts after this insatisfaction.
Kindly suggest as soon as possible with positive outings.

While processing the loan bank person told me that i can close the loan after 6 months but when i called customer care they told me that i can not close before 12 months.

I wanted to apply for hloan topup loan.

After this post I had received the Call from hdfc customer care.They told me that i can preclose the loan If i am taking a new loan and this condition is mentioed in the sanction letter.Therefore I visited Kandivali west branch alongwith sanction letter.
But they are not allowing me to close the HDFC PL-21439393 even after furnishing the sanction letter and showing them the condition mentioned in the same.


Why can i not cancel the loan after 6 months ??

I have taken 5Lakh car loan from HDFC on Oct 2011 , upto now i am paying 1Rs 11122 for every month.

Like this I have paid for 1 Year and I am planning to preclose this loan, could you please suggest me for without preclose rates.

Would like to inform you that HDFC bank is not allowing to pre-payment or partial payment as well as re-structuring the personal loan, which I have taken 6 months back. Kindly adivse how it can be addressed . I want to pay the amount but bank is not showing any interest towards this.

sir,i am mohana sundaram,i applied for personal loan of 300000 on end of august 2012 ( loan number is 22446887).after continous follow up i got approval of loan at 28 th of september, that time they asked chennai local address proof,but my present residance address proof in kancheepuram.thay insist to give any addresss proof from company.but i avoided than after long talking they despersed loan through vellore branch.to my salarised account in icici bank on 22.10.12 (october) but on 29.10.12 i received sms regarding first payment date on04/11/12 and amount is rs 7256/= to clarify my doubt i enquired your staffs,they are not properly responded. my question is

why i need to pay full emi with in 10 days?

while appliing your representative does n't said about insurance.i need to decide my requirement.

As i am going to take Home loan of approx 19 K. In case i wont prepay the personal loan i would not be eligible for 19K home loan. Only and only i have option that i have to pay personal loan before... Its request with HDFC bank.. Kindly allow me for prepay the personal loan and make me eligible for the 15K Home loan.. Hi,

But when I contacted HDFC bank customer care they were telling me that you can't close the loan until 12 EMI payments. But i want to home loan, so close the personal loan. Can somebody let me know possible options to preclose the loan please?
