I had taken Personal Loan From ICICI BANK LTD on date 05MARCH 2007____.I paid Installment purely, IN TIME. and after Six Months of loan. I Receive many phone call from agent of ICICI BANK. Giving me good proposal, Reduce intrest that time the office was at makarpura BARODA.I went makarpura Office all discussion done…
My satisfactory paid installment , agent many times call me your LOAN AMOUNT now increase by reducing INTREST RATE…you will got better benefit rather than previous LOAN..
MANY DISCUSSIONS MADE WITH THE AGENT AND BANK EXCUTIVE.
I need LOW INSTALLMENT and LOW INTREST RATE.IF MADE THEN WILL BE PROCESS.
Then New LOAN MADE and he REPORT me your LOAN Installment is 956.00 Rs per MONTH but after Seven Months the bank deduction from my account is 1478 Rs
I asked to your agent he suggest me when your loan paper will come at your residence I will correct it
After 04 months letter received Loan statement letter it was clearly mentioned EMI is 956 Rs / month mentioned by bank in the statement
NEW LOAN LIZKA00011113885 AS STATEMENT

I also reported many times to collection recovery officer but nothing done by him.
I paid 1478 RS per month but I did not get any result from bank
Recovery Agent come at my residence and harassment and calls his officer
Many problems arise due to this mistake of bank.
Banks not return me my documents of loan and not correct the new loan installment
I wanted to correct it
So plz take look I am not rich man, I can not pay high interest ie: 28%.
MUCH TIME SPENT NOW HOW CAN I GET RESULT. DUE TO THIS MISTAKE OF BANK EXCUTIVE MY NAME ALSO ADD IN CIBL BY THE BANK.
