I had taken a personal loan from HDFC bank. I am getting threat call saying that if I don't pay the money they will come a beat me.

Since last 1 & half year I was jobless. I have asked them to give me some time so that I can start paying them there balance amount in installments. I am told to pay the whole amount in one shot or face the problem.

I just want to know how can I get help from Indian Law.

All you need to pay your dues, this is the only way, apart from this you can register your complaint at your nearest police station agianst recovery agnecy/agents.

I am getting threat call saying that I have to make the payment and also giving threat to come to my place etc. Person was really rude and i have a relationship with the bank snce 2001. He also told me that I really do not understand what are your problems. He was so rude.

Please check records of ARTIMIS Gurgaon that my wife was admited under Dr.Rajesh Kumar (Internal Medicine) in hospital for 8 days and bill was 85000 plus whish I had to arrange etc.

Only Oct 2010 month PL amt 6700 amount is due for the loan ac 15296118.

Since last 1 month I was jobless. Just got a job and where my salary is Rs.12500. Will get my salary on 17th of next month. I would request to reschedule the loan amount and increase the time horizon which will reduce the emi. I need some help please. I can make a emi payment of 2500-3000 per month.

I just want to know how can I get help from Indian Law. Eagerly waiting for your reply.
