I got a call from a regions bank broker.He said that he would get me a loan within 2 days through regions bank.He told me that there will be no file charge nothing.I told him that i need a loan of Rs.6,00,000/- to open a new cybercafe to which he agreed and said its alright.After understanding allthe details about the loan and its interestand the returning procedure. All you have to do is pay a sum of 3500/- as insurance fee.isaid i will think about it.He convinced me and asked me to mail him the following documents my voter id card,2 passport size photos,my class10th and 12th results paper and my NOC. After delivering him all the requisites i got a call from 7500238278 which was a verification call from the bank to which i responded as per described by the broker.The next step was that i got a message from regions saying that your request for loan has been approved please deposit the insurance fee.I still have the message lying in my inbox.I got in touch with the broker and asked him to meet me to which his response was that i am located in Bangalore and if you can come than meet me here,but that would be the if you deposit this amount in the name of MR. Diwan Singh A/C no.4461000100043823 and after depositing your loan amount will be transferred to account no.given by you but you will not be eligible to use it until there is the confirmation from the Tehsildar of the district court of your constituency but you are eligible to use only 10%of the loan before this formality.He said the file has been submitted and has been accepted the bank please deposit the amount in the given account no. and your money will be transferred within half an hour.Suddenly when i call him back again he says you will have to deposit another 12,000 Rs. to get your loan responding to that i asked him for what.He told me that the bank is showing requirement for 2% which you will have to for the loan.I was confused and i asked him but i was only told to pay 3500/-as the insurance fee.He said that sometimes the bank shows requirements like this even i did not know about it.So in response to that i said i am a college student and I do not the money to pay the 2%.He is further telling me that I will give 7,000 rs from my behalf and you give 5,000 more to pass the loan. When I refused to do so and asked for a refund he said than the loan will be canceled and your money is wasted in order to save that money give me 5,000 rs more.I said you can pay the amount and i refund it to you after you transfer the loan money.He said he would not trust me so how can i trust him with another 5,000 he might show another requirement again. It has been four days he keeps telling me your money will be refunded tomorrow but he has not done so.When I call him he hangs up on my call without talking to me properly and he is often rude.In order to test him I told my friend to make him a call and asked to apply for a 2,00,000 rs loan and we recorded the call.He said the same things that he said to me without mentioning the 2% requirement which he asked later to me.I called him and asked to give me the address and phone number of head branch and yelled at me saying you talk to me I am not giving you anything.
