I had taken a loan of 1,25,000 from HDFC personal loans section. In 2007 I lost my wallet outside a restaurant . I called HDFC backs credit card division to ask them to block the card but they informed me that a purchase has already taken place a local mall for 15,000.
I protested by they insisted that i pay the amount even though I had called in only 20 minutes after i lost my wallet..I stopped making payment on my credit card.
The payments for my personal loans were directly debited from my saving a/c also with HDFC. After several arguments with HDFC & not paying the Credit card bills for 2 months. Rs 8000 with taken out of my savings ac without my knowledge. & the money did not reflect in my loans.
Since 2007 i have been conned by several HDFC recovery agents to restart payment & they shall furnish a letter stating that the dispute between me & hdfc has been resolved the payment have been made.
But they were only interested in money . I have restarted the payments twice without the letters. I don't want to do that now.
Please help me get justice
