Hi,
I have a loan with HDFC bank. My account # is 12712592.
I am not able to pay the EMI for my loan for the past 1 year due to I lost my job.
As I got job earlier this year, I was forced to settle my HDFC credit card first. I did this.
Now I am willing to repay my loan in EMI. I have no intention to cheat the bank but the Bank collection executives who are approaching me trying to get the pending amount first. I am unable to pay the one year due amount in one instalment.
I can able to pay the pending amount in two intervals and I am ready to start the EMI now onwards,
I am ready to pay the interest for the period i postponed,
I have no belief in collection executives as i am not getting a right information from them.

I am specialist in settlement , have resolved more than 1572 cases .Credit card debth will be taken care and highest waiver possible .
Any personal loan issues also do not hesitate to contact me.
You should know your right ,Collection Agents are not supposed to Harass or annoy the defaulters however chronic the default be.
I am trying to help my citizens to fall in trap and thankyou to Consumer Court team for giving me this platform .
