Thread: hdfc emi collection problem

    Default hdfc emi collection problem

    HDFC bpl agents first told me emi's will deducted from my account but....after 10 months i m still giving the checques or cash...although i have already submit ecs mandate form twice and 16 blank cheques...but these people are still saying it will take time....i am totally fedup with this...plz suggest me what can i do or how consumer court can assist me....

    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of HDFC Bank, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
    So that you will not face such these problem in future.
