Sir / Madam,

I was in a financial crunch and so I approached a Private Finance Company from Madurai for financial help. They promised to help and asked me to send some documents (please refer attached file). And I promptly did as was told and till now I have not heard from them after that.

As demanded by them, I also sent a DD for Rs 7000/-(bearing # 602211 dated 26/02/09 drawn on Syndicate Bank, Shanthinagar Branch, Bengaluru – 560 027) towards inspection charges.
First they promised to come in the first week of March. Then they postponed to 10th March and then to 14th. But now their Mobile & Landline phones are switched off and I am unable to communicate to them in this regard.

I might have done a blunder but can you please help me out.

Kindly let me know what should I do in this regard?

Hello,

We think they were fraud, lodge a police complaint against them.

They rpomised good rates for a loan and ended up giving us a horrible rate, before we began doing business with them they asked for a good faith deposit of 5 thousand dollars and then when we noticed that their rates were not what they promosed they did not want to refund our moeny. These people are very unorganized, they wanted to cut the loan in two seperate loans one with 10% and the other with 2% and the amount that they said was for finaning did not even match the percentages... Then they had to go back and redo everything since they had made some mistakes... They are very unproffesional and they will take your money.

I have deposited Rs 10000 in lloyd finance limited as a fixed deposit However the fraudent company yet not given back the money
