    Default PL HDFC- EMI Date and collection of money twice in a month, refund has not come.

    I have a personal loan with HDFC Bank Loan account number-16548591. I have taken it 1-5 month back. While signing the agreement i was told that EMI presentation date would be 7th of the month. But what i faced now, EMI was represented on 4th of June and it got bounced as a result i paid the charges to both the banks.
    Meanwhile i was contacted by HDFC bank staf and told to give cash for the same. I given cash for the loan amount to representative which came for collection on 10th of june. Again what i have observed the HDFC bank has sent ECS to my account on 15th and collected cash.

    I can not understand the situation- If that was the case why they sent representative for collecting money, and till now that amount is not settled.

    I have opened a complain(145940171) against it with HDFC and till now no settlements.

    Looking for help.
