Dear Sir/ Madam,
I shifted to my address house in Jul 2008 and got a new landline connection in Jul 2009. This number was with some Mr Varun Singh who had taken a loan from citifinance.
This person is not traceable since 2008 when he had given this number to you.
Till last 2 months I did not get any calls from customer care but in the last two months evryday I am getting calls from customer care number asking for this [person. I have told innumerable number of times and to innumerable number of people that this number belongs to me and not some Varun singh.
I even asked for complaint department from one of the customer care executives and lodged a complaint that this number belongs to me and not any other person. I was promised that the calls will not come to your number from now onwards.
Inspite of all this I am regulary getting calls from customer care and the same question and answer are repeated everyday at least twice.
I am really fed up with this behaviour. You are not able to locate a person who has taken loan from you and you are harrasing others for someone's mistake.
In case you really want to find this person, what is the use of calling him If he was really here and did not want to talk, then he wouldn't have picked up your call. The best way is to find out who stays at the address on which you are calling rather than blindly calling everyday and harrass others. If you don't find this person on this address the stop harassing others.
I hope some corrective measure is taken on this on urgent basis.
