Harassment by Citi financial Customer care

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Last Year in October I took a Personal loan from Citi Financial, New Delhi(Lajpat Nagar Office). My EMI's were directly debited from my SB A/c on a regular monthly fixed date. In the month of March 2010 anyhow, one of the EMI bounced and the same has been paid by me within 2-3 days by an A/c Payee chq. Since then they have made my life hell. Every morning at 8.30 I got a call from the Citi Financial's customer care department reminding me the date of next EMI. Some times they calls me saying that my EMI has not been received by them for that particular month, however which has been already being debited from my account. I have requested them to kindly update their records and do not bother me again and again unless there is genuine discrepancy.

But there is no Improvement, now i am getting calls reminding me to keep sufficient balance in my account thrice a day on regular basis and when I do not pickup the phone they calls at my office nos and ask about the same.

And their executives talks in an abusive manner may be those recovery agents.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I shifted to my address house in Jul 2008 and got a new landline connection in Jul 2009. This number was with some Mr Varun Singh who had taken a loan from citifinance.
This person is not traceable since 2008 when he had given this number to you.
Till last 2 months I did not get any calls from customer care but in the last two months evryday I am getting calls from customer care number asking for this [person. I have told innumerable number of times and to innumerable number of people that this number belongs to me and not some Varun singh.
I even asked for complaint department from one of the customer care executives and lodged a complaint that this number belongs to me and not any other person. I was promised that the calls will not come to your number from now onwards.
Inspite of all this I am regulary getting calls from customer care and the same question and answer are repeated everyday at least twice.
I am really fed up with this behaviour. You are not able to locate a person who has taken loan from you and you are harrasing others for someone's mistake.
In case you really want to find this person, what is the use of calling him If he was really here and did not want to talk, then he wouldn't have picked up your call. The best way is to find out who stays at the address on which you are calling rather than blindly calling everyday and harrass others. If you don't find this person on this address the stop harassing others.

I hope some corrective measure is taken on this on urgent basis.
