Harassment by canara bank help me My parent had two personal loans from canara bank,gonda branch (U.P) cancarry and personal loan in january 2006 whose 17 installment were paid regularly but unfortunately my father got transferred in april 07 to chapra and loans became NPA and also my mother took a PMRY loan from canara two month before my father transfer in february 2007 that loan became NPA too.meanwhile the bank took my computer as security which got stolen from manager and he didn't paid the compensation for the stolen computer so we sued him through their regional office and got a new sony laptop as compensation in NOV 2009 a year later my father rejoined and we approached bank to settle the unpaid loan we offered a sum which paid Principal amount along with some interest the bank declined our offer so we offered them payment of full amount and we paid them so both loan of my father became clear meanwhile we sended our salary to bank ourself this was our honesty and what we get in return is that they are deducting 60% of father salary toward PMRY saying that they will do whatever they want we requested them to take installment of rs 2000 toward the loan amount of 80000 but nope they are harassing us badly how can we sue the bank in this regard.please help.they are doing this because of the grudge they have for suing the previous bank manager.my parent are desperate how we will live in such costly market with only 40% of salary no one is helping us not our railway officers nor the Bank administration.now we are going to file a lawsuit please guide us how to do it.the bank manager is harassing us badly.my parent even took a loan in late 2004 which we paid and took the new loan which i have discussed above we are honest and very old customer of this bank and this is what we are getting we sended our salary by ourself and instead of a legimate amount they are cutting out outrageous amount from salary.and can we file a lawsuit on manager for harming our reputation.suggestion are welcomed
