I applied for a R50000 loan with fnb in 2007. they declined and gave me R13000 saying I only qualify for it. In 2008 they gave me R5000 saying I qaulify for it. In 2008 again they gave me R13000 whien I even owed another bank R10000. Total R31000 + R10000 of another bank. Total? R41000. My point Why didnt I qualify for one larger amount to cover my needs. The interest on all three loans at short term (24 months) have rendered me unbankable. They cannot merge the three loans. They tell me my settlement is R36812.93 at 27 Jan 2009. Current owing R89061.34 for R31000? I am left with nothing every month. Is this legal, what should I do.
