I applied for the Personal loan for 130000/- (One lac thirty thousand rupees) at FC Road branch Pune 4 dys back, initially i asked them to check eligibility without doing that they forced me to submit the list of docs which took 2 days to arrange since they didnt intimate me before visiting the bank , Now after three days the bank refused to allot the loan , I want it in written that why U refused the Loan ? You have wasted my 3 days along with time , money and energy , also the branch refused to give back my docs when i said u dnt have any right to keep my personal info with you , then they gave it to me .

Send me in written why refused to allot personal loan ? ASAP unless i'm going to lodge complaint in consumer court .
