This is athish from bangalore, I had taken one personal loan from bajaj finance, loan no. 404200509. As per the tele discussion with the executive of bajaj finance, they said to me that if I want to close the loan by six month then there will be no interest. now after six month i am interest to close the loan but I am not getting a proper response from bajaj finance. Their head office is in pune but after may try to their customer no. finally even they don't have my details. they have given me few no. to contact in bangalore like 9900385981(mahesh), 09812588803(rajendra), 9342281640. No one is responding to this no.

Infact one mr. ganesh of customer care said me to wait or keep try to mahesh no. till he switch on the mobie. these type of response really make me upset, now i doesn't know how to close these loan.

kindly give me some suggestion
