Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref : CRU- CCU

My Loan A/c No:132-149592-872.

Its very painful for me to write to you and put light on the fact that today two official from your company (HSBC) had come to my residence once again. In the absence of my father, who has taken a loan from your company. I told them the fact that he is not here and at the moment he wont be able to talk because of some customs and rituals we don't talk to any one while we are doing pooja in the morning. Therefore i told him to give me his number and i will tell my father to talk to him as i talk to him and let him know that your banks officials had visited my residence.
But Mr Samual - +917760639856 created a big scene at my place and started abusing me in Kannada and forcefully entered inside my house and refused to go. He was on the verge on getting physical with me, so my mother got in the scene and handled things. Then he started asking me to pay the loan, being a minor and a student how was i suppose to pay it. The only thing i could do is make him talk to my father, who was not at my residence at that moment. He left a very painful and dreadful remark.

This was one of my life's worst experience, i never expected anything like this from your bank. I always had a good image of your bank until this morning. I would like you to maintain decorum and peace. I was totally shocked by the behavior of your official even when it was not concerned about me. Where i was also doing the needful but Mr Samual didn't want to listen to anything except harassing us.

This has caused a serious damage to our psychology and got a lot of fear in our mind that any one from our bank can just walk into our house as if they own it and abuse us even if we have guest at our residence. This clearly violates our Constitutional Rights and Fundamental Rights. I am not telling that you don't send ur officials at all, but tell them to know there limits and rights. I am way to partial in this or else we would have to take some serious action against your bank.

I hope you do the needful and not repeat a similar incident.

Thanking you,
Regards,
Saket Bisani
