I, Vivek Madan, was interested in personal loan so have contacted one of your agent Harvinder. He completed my documentation and collected 5 cheques from me . When asked about the interest rate he said it will be the best in the market i dont need to worry about it.


Finally when the loan got approved he called me up for the bank statement and told me that the interest rate is 18% Flat. I refused to take the loan as the interest was too high. Then he never called again for almost 4-5 days.


When I checked my bank account on 28th Feb 2009, there was an unknown entry of Rs.191857. The cheque of loan amount was deposited to my account without my consent.


Now since yesterday, I have been visiting your regional office in Jalandhar to sort this out and get the loan closed but of no use. Yesterday they said they will come to our office today i.e. 03-03-09 but no one visited. Today I again went to your regional office along with the DD of Rs.191857 in favour of CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Limited, and the same response.


We didnt even received any details of the loan. As per your records, the loan is of Rs. 2 Lacs and the amount credited to our account is Rs.191857.
