    Thanks for the reply.But I haven't yet got any email with the revised detailed break up of the EMI amount.But I have got a mail from Bajaj Finance. Please find below the mail content here. Is it possible to send the email once again?

    Default No Loan Documentation or User ID received

    Hi

    I took out a Bajaj Consumer Loan to buy a Washing Machine
    Fridge and AC.

    The details are below-

    Name:- Kunal Guha
    Product:- Consumer Durable
    Amount Financed:-36755
    EMI:-4595
    Branch (If known):-R City Mall Croma
    City and State:- Mumbai Maharashtra

    However I haven't received any loan documentation or details on how the EMI
    Gets debited. My loan account is SF6000211.

    Please help me with details on Kunalguha@gmail.com

    Hi,

    this is Biswadip. I bought a MicroOven from KHOSLA ELECTRONICS- Nagerbazar and Bajaj Finserv Lending financed my loan. At the time of buying the product and as per the agreement my monthly EMI was 520/- and it should be start from 05/07/2012. But few days back I received a mail that 715/- is my EMI amount which will be deducted from my account through ECS. Then I mailed several time at wecare@bajajfinserv.in but there is no relevant answers. Today I found that (715-520) =195 is charged for BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (410BAL00283143) which is an insurance. After buying the product I have got the a call from Bajaj Finserv Lending and they offered to avail the loan. But that time I have rejected it and I told them that I am not at all interested.
    So I am wandered after my denial how they can impose that extra amount without my concern. How a financial service provider can cheat their customer like this way?
    My Loan account derails are as follows-
    Agreement No. : 4100CD00283140
    Type Of Loan : CONSUMER DURABLE
    EMI Amount : 520.00

    Please help me to cancel the BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN (410BAL00283143) and EMI should not exceed 520/-. At this point I am feeling very helpless.

    I still cant access my account. It says my date of birth is incorrect despite entering my correct date of birth.

    Please provide me with a contact number of someone who could help with this.
