my father now got retirement in Dec 09, he is a guarentor to his one coleague for personal loan of 50000
now absconding and defoulter,
he has borrowed loan amt Rs50000, my fathers employer is hoding the Gratuity from last four months,
in contract letter with bank, bank has attached salary as wel as gratuity rights to the employer on case of the defoulter of the principal debto,
my father has given two apllications for the gartuity to the employer, but they are now responding us in
writing, even employer has not given a retirement letter too,
now the out standing amt is 48000 incuding interest,
loan was taken in 2004

please suggest me what to do in this case,
