Dear sir,
I am a student of MBA, My father was expired on last month due to Heart Attack.
My Father was a Govt. Employee , He has an account in Allahabad Bank for Salary deposit.
He has also a liability of some personal loan and the amount is due about Rs 50000/-.
My father's last salary gone through that account but withdrwal is not allowed from the Manager of the Allahabad Bank, Branch:Morwa. telling that your account was seized till the total amount of loan is not recovered from you. Now, I tell him that this account is joint with my mother and I will pay you the remaining amount according to the process of EMI but the Manager Mr. Chug's Behaviour is so much worst about me, He is just neglect me and tell me that I can't do anything for that and they tell some wrong words to me about my father that "Call your father for withdrwal of amount of salary". This is the worst word I have ever listen from a reputed employee who is that type of Authority and they mis-behave like this.

He tell me that you have to go for procedure to use this account but sir, this account is joint and She have the authority to use this account and withdraw money and also He didn't say us to pay the full Money of loan now.

I hope you will take some action against me.

Before 1 Year, He (Mr. chug (Manager) was ready to give me education Loan for my MBA and He purchased the papers and some stamp of about Rs.2000/- AND After that tell me and my father that go and take any Govt. employee for security and 4 Lakhs of Land papers for proof.
Sir, My father was a Central Govt. Employe (Group B) and He has the capacity to tak loan upto Lakhs.
He tell us lie and at last he never give me that loan and I will take the loan very easily from other bank without any big security.

Sir, Please I want your help to do some legal action against him because so many person's are suffering from this guy in this station of Singrauli (MP.).

I hope you will help me for that....
